Residency at The Luminary, St. Louis

In 2013, The Luminary initiated an international exchange program to create an exchange of opportunities between artists, curators and organizations in St. Louis and another international city. In most cases both residency accommodations and exhibition opportunities will be provided, but each exchange will be unique. This program is currently by invitation only. This year Radical Intention has been invited to St. Louis to collaborate with Temproary Art Review  – a platform for contemporary art criticism that focuses on alternative spaces and  on artist-centered spaces and projects – on their next issue. The residency will run from the 4th to the 10th of August. Radical Intention will then host James and Brea Mcanally founders and Directors of The Luminary, at the 2014 edition of Decompression Gathering Summer Camp.

Nel 2013, The Luminary ha avviato un Programma Internazionale di Residenze per creare uno scambio tra artisti, curatori e organizzazioni di St. Louis e quelli di altre città nel resto del mondo. Nella maggior parte dei casi, the Luminary fornisce sia gli alloggi che opportunità espositive, ma ogni scambio sarà organizzato in maniera differente. Questo programma è attualmente solo su invito. Quest’anno Radical Intention è stato invitato a St. Louis per collaborare con il prossimo numero di Temporary Art Review – una piattaforma per la critica d’arte contemporanea che si concentra sugli spazi alternativi e su spazi e progetti di artisti. La residenza si svolgerà dal 4 al 10 agosto. Radical Intention poi ospiterà James e Brea McAnally Fondatori e Direttori di The Luminary, per l’edizione 2014 del Decompression Gathering Summer Camp.
